Due to the nature of these products and for hygiene purposes, there are NO refunds or returns or exchanges.
Order cancellation only allowed on a
case by case basis. If cancellation is processed, it will be minus a transaction fee charged by the company that processes payments. If ValleyGirlNailSets has already begun to process your order, we will not cancel.
✨Did you order the wrong sizes?
It can happen. All nail vendors don't use the same nail tips. Sizing can vary from brand to brand. We always recommend you order a fit kit prior to ordering to ensure you get the perfect fit. You can also inquire about a full set of 18-20 nails. However, due to the nature of these products and for hygiene purposes, there are NO refunds or returns or exchanges. We'd be glad to send you a free fit kit, you pay shipping.
✨Did you receive the wrong item? Damages?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damages do not include any alterations made by the buyer and do not include any damages that happened while in transit. If damages occur during shipment, please contact USPS for refund.
✨Did you use the wrong address?
Prior to us shipping your order, you must email and provide all order details. Buyer is responsible for any additional shipping charges necessary to correct error. If you realize you've given the wrong address and have already received your tracking number or after your order has shipped, buyer must contact USPS. If USPS can not reroute your package, you must seek a refund from USPS. If you've contacted ValleyGirlNailSets regarding error and the package is returned to us, we will re-ship your order for an additional shipping and processing fee. If we make a shipping typo, we will re-ship to you at no cost.
✨Missing Package/USPS Issues
Does your tracking info state your package was delivered however you do not have it? Please check your mailbox and any possible location. Check with your neighbors and once those options have been exhausted send an email and we will open an investigation with the USPS.
Occasionally packages are returned to ValleyGirlNailSets generally due to incorrect addresses. We will do our best to reach you regarding your returned package. We will double check the address to make sure the error was not ours. If it was, you don't have to do anything, we will reship at no additional cost to you. If the mistake was buyer error, you must reply back or contact us within 90 days of original shipment date, or you forfeit your order and all cost associated.
